Our beautiful mother passed away peacefully Aug. 14, 2021 exactly 6 months before her 100th birthday. Vera was predeceased by her adoring husband Merv, her beautiful daughter Susan and her son Robbie. Her daughters Mary (Cowan) and Alison (Casey) will miss her greatly as she was always so much a part of their lives as well as her nine grandchildren, two of whom you might know from this area, Jen Kelly, Seamus Cowan and Jeff Cowan in Australia. Vera lived most of her life in Manitoba, loved to travel and spent the last few years in Westport where she acquired many loving friendships that she cherished. Wonderful memories! She can finally really say “I’ve had sufficient, Thank you” Rest in Peace Mother.
