Vanrobaeys William Bill September 21 1946

Bill leaves behind his wife Shirley Vanrobaeys, his children David (Cayley), Wade (Benita), and Cheri (Jason) McNabb, as well as his grandchildren Sarah, Emily, Sydney, and Jasper.

Bill was predeceased by his sister Irene Holmes, leaving behind his sister Lorri (Walt) Watt, and brother Don Vanrobaeys.

Bill was born and raised in Deloraine, Manitoba and then moved to Alberta, where he met his wife of 52 years, Shirley. They lived, worked and raised their family in Lethbridge until the time of Bill’s passing.

At Bill’s request, there will not be a funeral or celebration of life.

His family is so grateful for the care that Bill received from the staff of the Chinook Regional Hospital. A special thank you is extended to Claire in the ICU and to Dr. Olson. Their clear and regretful news was delivered with care and compassion and the family extends their deep gratitude.

As a family, we ask that everyone take the time to experience the love that is given to us and to share that love freely with others. Leave no grudge nor regret behind. We each have only one life to live, so let us live it with love.

In lieu of flowers, Shirley and family asks that any donations be made to the Victoria Park High School Christmas Hamper Fund via the Lethbridge School Division website (lasp.lethsd.ab.ca/christmas-hampers).

Our most sincere sympathies to the family and friends of Vanrobaeys William Bill September 21 1946..
