Tommaso Madia
March 16, 1949 – July 19, 2021
Surrounded by family, Tommaso passed away peacefully on July 19, 2021. Beloved and cherished husband of 47 years to Cynthia (Cartwright). Loving father to Sara White & Cristina (Terrance) Rock. Greatest Nonno in the world to Evin (Faith) & Cameron Rock. Guardian angel to his great-granddaughter Quinn Rock. Loving son to the late Serafina & Francesco. Loving brother of the late Antonio (Antonietta), Maria Mancina (late Antonio), Teresa De Marco (late Batistta), Giovanni (late Rosa), the late Salvatore, and Giuseppi (Susan). Loving son-in-law of Patricia Malen and brother-in-law of Robin Hughes (Robert). Beloved Uncle to many nieces and nephews in Canada, Italy, and USA, whom he loved dearly.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to ICHA – Italian Canadian HandiCapable Association or to his great-granddaughter Quinn’s education.
Visitation will take place at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Central Chapel) 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E. 519-253-7234 on Sunday, July 25, 2021 from 3:00pm – 5:00pm and 7:00pm – 9:00pm. Masks are required for attending the Visitation. Reservations are not required to attend the Visitation on Sunday. A private family funeral mass will be held at St. Angela Merici Church. Entombment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
