Hughes, Thomas Earl Sr. “Tom”
Passed away on November 8, 2021 at the age of 69 surrounded by his loving family.
Loving companion of Cheryle Gaudette for over 30 years. Predeceased by the mother of his children Kathleen Hughes (nee Stobbs).
Loving father of Karen Hughes, Christine Stobbs (Mike Ladouceur), Melissa Hughes, Tom Hughes Jr. (Susie), Patrick Hughes (Terry), Jason Gaudette (Elsie) and Kristen Gaudette.
Cherished grandfather of Autumn Hughes, Michael Hazelton, Brooklyn Hughes, K.T. Hughes, Aaron Gaudette, Ally Gaudette and Jalyn Gaudette. Dear great grandfather to Jayson Gaudette, Luna Gaudette and Ava Gaudette.
Predeceased by his parents, James & Grace Hughes.
Son in law to the late Tom and Jocelyn Callery and grandson in law to Mabel Anderson.
Dear brother of Jeanie Castonguay (Terry), Bob Cochrane and Cathy Cochrane. Predeceased by Doug Cochrane (Brenda), Frank Cochrane and Jimmy Cochrane.
Brother in law to Jocelyn Callery, Allen Callery (Donna), Pat Callery (Suzanne) and Debbie Whiston (Paul).
Survived by many nieces and nephews.
Will be sorely missed by his friend of over 50 years, Peter Sterling.
Tom was a hard worker, having been employed at Huron Steel, Windsor Raceway, and Royal Canadian Legion Br.594, where he retired.

Cremation to follow at Windsor Crematorium with inurnment of cremated remains at Victoria Memorial Gardens.
