Passed away peacefully at the Brockville General Hospital on Monday, August 2, 2021. Thomas Craig Lake, at the age of 67 years. Beloved husband of Janet (neeTennant) Lake and father of Brenda Evans Haystead. Fondly remembered by his grandson Lucas Haystead. Brother of Richard Lake. Predeceased by his siblings Ann, Donald, Edward and Bill as well as his parents Wilma and James Lake.
Family and friends are invited to attend a graveside service to be held at Oakland Cemetery, Brockville on Saturday, August 14th at 11 am. .Arrangements are entrusted with the Irvine Funeral Home and Chapel, 4 James Street East Brockville. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Brockville and District Hospital Palliative Care Unit or the charity of your choice will be gratefully acknowledged.
