Thomas James Harrison Tuesday November 23rd 2021

Peacefully at St Boniface Hospital, Thomas James Harrison passed away with his family by his side.
Tom was born and raised in Winnipeg, and served with The City of Winnipeg Fire Department for 35 years retiring in 2002.
He was predeceased by his father Alphonse and mother Annie of Winnipeg; brothers Edward and Stanley of Winnipeg, and sister Diana Accettone of Sarnia, Ontario. He is survived by his wife Marjorie; daughter Tanis (Monte), Kellie, Marc and Jessica; daughter Kimberly, Kyle, Bryan, and Taylor; great-grandchildren Zachary, Brooke, Harley and Dallas; son-in-law Denis, and numerous nephews and nieces.
Tom was a dedicated husband and father who spent many hours coaching his daughters in softball and ringette. He enjoyed time spent with his grandchildren and great grandchildren. He loved football and travelling and had many fond memories watching the Grey Cup with his family.
Tom was always one to help when called upon and was a kind and generous man with anyone that crossed his path. His sense of humor was one of a kind and he always had a comment suitable for the predicament you were in, and there were plenty.
Tom will be so sorely missed by his family and friends.
Cremation has taken place and an interment and private service will be scheduled in spring 2022.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Siloam Mission or the charity of your choice.
