Thomas Bourke
February 21, 1937 – October 28, 2021

Tom J Bourke passed away peacefully on Thursday October 28, 2021. Beloved husband of Melodie (Nee Booth). Loving father of Gillian (Russell), Jacqueline (Hedges), and Jennifer. Proud Grandfather of Brett, Brooke and Mackenzie. He leaves behind sisters Helen (Hanrahan) and Elizabeth (Roden).
Tom was a graduate of Michigan Tech. He spent his working career in the Bell Canada / BCE family retiring as long time PRES / CEO of Montreal based TeleDirect (Yellow Pages). Tom loved and was active in many sports especially hockey, squash and golf and he was reasonably proficient (He Claimed ) in all three. Melodie and he were fortunate to spend more than 20 winters at their home in Naples Florida. Never quick to judge, Tom preferred listening to speaking. As per his wishes, there will be a private family graveside service.

Our most sincere sympathies to the family and friends of Thomas Bourke February 21 1937 October 28 2021..

  1. Tom was a great leader and a compassionate human. Anyone who met him once was impressed by his warmth and personality. I spoke to him for quite long when I was in Montreal early this year and he sounded cheerful as always. May his soul rest in peace. My sincere sympathies from the bottom of heart to Melodie and the whole family.
