Obituary of Therese Marie Poirier
POIRIER, Therese Marie – Peacefully at Bluewater Health, Therese “Terry” Poirier died on January 4, 2021, at the age of 92. Beloved wife of the late Gabriel Joseph. Loving mother of Donald (Sharon), Michel, Rene, the late Denise Hanna and the late infant daughter, Suzanne. Proud grandmother of Nicole, Collette Day, Steve, Jeff, Michelle, Natasha and the late Damien (2001); Dear sister of Fernande Ferlatte (Ernest), Claudette Szabo, Pierrette Gagne and Norman Seguin. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Mendoza & Marie Julienne Seguin and 7 siblings. Terry worked for versa Foods at Polysar for 22 years retiring in 1980. After retiring she worked in various jobs in the food industry. She will be missed but lovingly remembered by all her family and friends. Cremation has taken place. Due to the current COVID 19 restrictions, a memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to the McKenzie & Blundy Funeral Home & Cremation Centre Ltd. (519-344-3131).
