Saddy, Therese (nee Knechtel)
Therese (Tess) Saddy (née Knechtel) At Westmount Gardens Long Term Care on Friday, December 17, 2021. Born January 12, 1925 in Hanover, Ontario. Beloved wife of the late Mitchell Saddy. Dear mother of Michael and his wife Sandra of Orillia, and John and his wife Leny of London. Proud grandmother of Julian and Claire. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Tess was the first woman to conquer the men’s ski hill in Hanover. Cremation has taken place. Interment at St. Peter’s Cemetery. If desired, donations may be made to Men’s Mission, Salthaven / Brian Salt or Heart and Stroke Foundation. Arrangements have been entrusted to John T. Donohue Funeral Home.
