84 years, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, September 11, 2021 at Erie Shores Healthcare. Reunited with her husband, the late William Sleiman (2004). Dear mother of Jerry Sleiman (Linda), Dianne Sleiman, Lila Brown (late Jay), Joe Sleiman (Linda), Mary Lougheed (Rob). Loving grandmother of Randy, Kaila, Kelsey, Samantha and Sydnee. Great grandmother of Adam, Amelia and Buchanan. Predeceased by her parents Boutros Youseff Taouil and Zahia Jabbour Taouil. Dear sister of the late Antoun Taouil (late Amina), late Farida Awad (late Antoun), late Wardy Sleiman (late Paul), late Julia Omar (late Joe), George Taouil (Laura), late Joseph Taouil (Marie), Milad Taouil (Shirley), Laba Taouil (Nawal). Theresa will be deeply missed by her brother-in-law Max Sleiman and sister-in-law Azizza Sleiman. Theresa’s greatest treasure was her family. A special thank you to the Leamington Mennonite Home for their incredible care and compassion. Visitation at the Reid Funeral Home, 14 Russell Street, Leamington (519-326-2631) on Tuesday, September 14, 2021 from 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. A private Mass of the Resurrection will be held on Wednesday, September 15, 2021 at 10:30 a.m. A livestream link will be available at www.reidfuneralhome.ca. Interment Erie Memorial Gardens. Due to COVID restrictions, visitation is limited to a specific number of visitors. Only those with an appointment will be allowed in. Please book an appointment at www.reidfuneralhome.ca. Everyone must wear a mask. If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Leamington Mennonite Home.
