On April 4, 2021, Mrs. Thelma Mary Smart (nee Harpe) of Lac La Biche passed away at the age of 71 years. She is survived by her loving husband, Brian; children, Dana Chartrand & Ernie (Lana) Chartrand; step-children, Tammy (Matt) Schulz & Sheila Smart; 2 step-grandchildren, Gabriel & Falon; siblings, David, Joe, Henry, Albert & Leona (Ray). Thelma was predeceased by her parents, Edward & Olivine; brothers, Arthur, Fred, August, Emile & Roland; sisters, Yvonne, Marianne & Annette. Cremation has taken place.
