Suddenly entered into rest at the Kingston Health Sciences Centre on Monday, April 19, 2021. Ted Puffer of Brighton died at the age of 68. He was the son of the late Gordon & Dorothy Puffer (nee Cook) and he was the beloved husband and best friend for 47 years to Nancy (nee Brooks). Ted was the cherished father of Brad (Laura) of Trenton and Diana Payne (Shawn) of Brighton. He was the most special papa of Kayla West (Nathan), Madison Puffer (Calvin), Tucker Payne and Raychel Puffer and great-papa of Hayden, Caleb, Luna, Collin and Myles. Ted is survived by his siblings Gord (Sandra), Anna instead (Bob), Art (Jeanette) all of Trenton, Nancy Payne (Bill) of Odessa, Myrtle Brooks (Doug) of Carrying Place, Joe of Trenton, Walt (Noreen) of Brighton and he is predeceased by his brother John and his sister Joan. He will be fondly remembered, loved, cherished and respected by his many nieces, nephews, many friends and the Brooks family.
In keeping with Ted’s wishes, cremation has taken place under the care of Quinte Cremation & Burial Services, 68 North Front Street, Belleville (613-962-7900). A Celebration of Ted’s Life will be held at a later date.
