TAYLOR, Barbara Ann
July 29th, 1949 – November 4th, 2021
With profound sadness the family of Barbara Taylor announce her passing on November 4th, 2021 at Lakeridge Health Oshawa at the age of 72. Barb is survived by her husband Dave of 45 years. She was the loving mother to Vanessa (Prince Rupert, BC), and Christopher and cherished Gram to Kaitlynn and Dylan. Treasured sister to Brian. Fondly remembered by her niece and nephews. Deeply missed by her Boston Terrier Lola. She is predeceased by her parents T.J. and Ann Small of Alliston, ON and her brothers Doug (2007) and Ken (2014). Barb was a Registered Nurse for 36 years, mostly at Lakeridge Health (Oshawa) in the O.R., Orthopedics and later the Endoscopy Dept. She enjoyed her summers at the family cottage at Birch Point, Sturgeon Lake. In keeping with Barb’s wishes there will be no visitation or funeral. Cremation has taken place and there will be a private family interment at Oshawa Union Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to McINTOSH-ANDERSON-KELLAM FUNERAL HOME LTD., 152 King St. E., Oshawa (905-433-5558). Donations in memory of Barb to Humane Society of Kawartha Lakes would be appreciated.
