Tai passed away peacefully on October 19, 2021 at Country Village Homes, at the age of 94.
Beloved mother of daughter’s Khanthaly Vongphakdy, Chansy Inthahack, Phouvanh Vongphakdy and son, the late Syla Vongphakdy.
Dear grandmother of Seng, Linda, William, Kevin, Bee and Bo.
Loving great-grandmother of Camilla, Natalie, Que and Bruno.
She was a very generous, very kind, good hearted, loving grandmother.

Visitation at Bay Gardens Funeral Home, 947 Rymal Road East, Hamilton on October 22, 2021 from 5:00pm to 9:00pm.
Service at Bay Gardens Funeral Home, 947 Rymal Road East, Hamilton on at 12pm-1:30pm

Cremation will follow at 740 Spring Gardens Rd, Burlington, ON L7T 1J3
