It is with saddened hearts that we announce Susan’s passing, peacefully at Orillia Soldiers Memorial Hospital on Friday March 12th 2021 at the age of 58. Susan is predeceased by her parents Andrew and Joan Vint. Proud and loving mother of Emily Arnold and David Arnold. She lived for her children and was so very proud of them. The family wish to especially thank Dr. Kathleen Michalski, Dr. Ryan Mitchell and nurse Christine for the special care they took with Susan and her family during the very trying last few days of her life. Although a visitation will not be held, Emily and David invite you to share your memories and stories of their mom on the website. These will be printed off as mementos for the family. 1. Susie was one of the best cousins you could ask for she always brought a smile to my face. I will always remember my very first dune buggy ride with Susie behind the wheel with that forever present smile.

  2. A very lively and independent woman, Susan had a wonderful sense of humour and could make me laugh anytime. She absolutely adored her two beautiful children and always said how lucky she was to be their mom. She will be missed. Cousin Liz

  3. I was Susie’s neighbour growing up across the street. My sister, Cathy, was her childhood friend, and I’m about 5 years younger than both of them. I remember Susan giving the younger kids rides in her dune buggy, and going to the Santa Claus parade with her dad Andy who worked with cars and could provide car seats and blankets on the sidewalk! She had lots of patience with younger kids and sometimes the Vint’s let the us kids play in their covered backyard porch. We all remember Susan’s voice and laugh, and want to let her children know that Susan was very special and we are so sad to hear of the news.
