READY, Susan J. – Passed away at St. Mary’s General Hospital, Kitchener on Friday July 9, 2021. Susan Jean (nee Noon) Ready of Woodstock in her 56th year. Beloved wife and best friend of Steven L. Ready for over 35 years. Cherished mother of Matthew (Kristy) Ready, Zachary Ready (Erin Champagne), Ethan Ready (Christine Midgley) and Emma Ready (Tom Anderson). Dear sister of Rick (Carol) Marshall, Joyce (Keith) Thomson, John (Lori) Noon, Jeremy Noon, daughter-in-law of Larry (Colleen) Ready and sister-in-law to Trevor (Lil) Ready, Laurie (Ed) Beaver and will always be remembered by her many nieces and nephews. Susan was a Registered Nurse for over 35 years. Of those, she worked for over 32 years at Victoria Hospital, London in the Children’s Emergency Dept. and finished her career at University Hospital, London in the I.T. Dept. Friends are invited to join the family at Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, 519-539-0004 on Sunday July 18, 2021 from 1 – 4 pm. Visitors are asked to RSVP on the funeral home website their time for attendance. Cremation has taken place. If desired, memorial contributions to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Wounded Warriors Canada would be appreciated by the family.
