Susan Janice Tappin
1956-2020
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of
Susan Janice Tappin of Newburg, NB. Susan lost her battle with breast
cancer on December 31,2020 at the Upper River Valley Hospital in
Waterville New Brunswick at the age of 64.
Susan is survived by her husband David Tappin, daughters Mary
Trahan and Marjorie Tappin (Remington), and son Robert Tappin (Naomi).
Older brother Fred Harbinson (Dawn) and sister Heather
Richardson-Eatmon (Gary). Grandchildren Zach Trahan, Matthew Trahan,
Alex Trahan, Beth Trahan, Michael Trahan, Madison Tappin and
Lillian Tappin. As well as great grandchildren Noah Trahan and Raine
Trahan. As well as many fury children both indoors and
out.
Susan was pre-deceased by her father Robert “Bob”
Harbinson of Ontario, mother Elizabeth Huwery of Nova Scotia and
brother Patrick Harbinson of Ontario. As well as some of her beloved
fur and feathered friends.
Susan was a kind, gentle soul who loved all living things.
She could always be found outside working in the gardens, doing chores
on the farm or nursing a sick animal back to good health. She was
personally responsible for saving the lives of countless furry and
feathered friends alike. There was no effort spared when it came to
saving the life of another living thing. Big or small she loved them
all.
It was Susan’s wish not to have a visitation or a
funeral but a celebration of life ceremony, this celebration will be
scheduled at a later date.
Donation in Susan’s honor can be made to the Army
Cadet League of New Brunswick – 318 Woodstock RCACC or to
the Debec Animal Shelter.

Our most sincere sympathies to the family and friends of Susan Janice Tappin 19562020..
