Obituary of Steve Woolley
Woolley, Stephen Douglas “Steve” of Springfield passed away with his family by his side, after a courageous battle with cancer on Monday, May 10, 2021 in his 60th year. Steve is survived by his brother Larry Woolley(Bev) and nephews Russ(Erin) and Gary(Denise). Great-uncle of Bridget, Liam, Jayme and Andie. Lovingly remembered by close friends Chuck and Shelly McCallum. Predeceased by his brother Murray. Born in Tillsonburg, Ontario on January 11, 1962, son of the late Jean(Dowds) and Earl Woolley. Steve was a dairy and crop farmer in Springfield, Ontario for many years. He served 28 years on the Malahide Fire Services, DC202 and currently the VP of the Aylmer Fair Board. He was an instrumental team member in bringing the Tractor Pull to Aylmer. Cremation has taken place. A private graveside service will be held at Delmer Cemetery. Donations to the Aylmer Fair Board or St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital – Chemo Unit would be appreciated. Share memories or condolences at kebbelfuneralhome.com
