Obituary of Steven Wayne McInnes
Our dad is finally at peace. On the morning of April 3, 2021, Steven Wayne McInnes, 57, of Regina passed on. He was predeceased by his parents Delbert McInnes and Grace (Banin) McInnes. Steve is lovingly remembered by his four children, Justin, Brandon, Travis and Amanda. He loved his children “forever and always.” Steve also leaves to mourn his step-mother Mary; sister Kim; step-sister Annabelle; step-brothers Kelly and Tracy; special cousin Mo; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. Steve was born in Calgary, Alberta on April 6, 1963. Shortly after, they moved to Regina where he remained until his passing. He attended Coronation Park Elementary and Cochrane High School from which he graduated. He was a master concrete finisher and drove truck in his later years. He was an avid fisherman and loved his motorcycle. Steve always had a heart of gold and his smile could light up the room. Due to Covid 19, a private family gathering will be held at this time, and a Celebration of Life will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Steve’s name to Pine Lodge Treatment Centre, Box 457, Indian Head, SK, S0G 2K0 or the MS Society, 150 Albert Street, Regina, SK, S4R 2N2.
