Obituary
It is with broken hearts we announce the passing of our beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend Stella Baggs on Friday, December 24, 2021 at the Health Science Centre surrounded by her loving family.
Predeceased by her parents: Charles and Mereida Sellars; siblings: Warren Sellars, Florence Cooper, Lorraine Parsons and Calvert Sellars.
Leaving to mourn with loving memories her loving and devoted husband Burton; two daughters: Valerie (Dan) Bobbett and Lisa (Ches) Mesh and son Duane (Jessica); five precious grandchildren: Alicia (David) and Amanda (Chad) Bobbett, Adam, Anna and Aaron Mesh; two sisters: Myrtle (George) Penney and twin sister Alma (Max) Adams; one brother-in-law: Russell Parsons; two sisters-in-law: Florence King and Shirley (Leonard) Corrigan; lifelong friend Daphne Cole, numerous nieces, nephews and countless special friends.
Funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 30, 2021 at 11:00 am from Wesley United Church. To virtually attend please, visit www.barretts.ca and follow the link provided.
Due to the current restrictions in place, please register for the funeral service between the hours of 9:00 am – 5:00pm at 364-1937. As per government of NL regulation, proof of vaccination is required to attend Funeral Service.
We would like to extend a special thank you to the staff of the Health Science Centre for your compassion and care.
As expressions of sympathy flowers gratefully accepted or donations may be made in Stella’s memory to The Canadian Cancer Society.

    So sorry to hear of Stella’s passing. She was such a lovely lady who always had a HUG for us when she came to church. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
    May your memories of her bring you comfort at this sad time.
