Passed peacefully away at the Connaigre Peninsula Health Care Center at Harbour Breton on Friday, December 24, 2021, Solange Mary Hickey, age 81 of Harbour Breton formerly of St. Bernard’s.
Solange leaves to mourn her loving family: children, Calvin (Janice Hickey) at St.Albans, Clarence (Wanda Roach) at St.Johns, Jean at St. John’s and Dianne (Glen Stone) at Harbour Breton; grandchildren, Kayla, Kelly, Shania, Nathaniel, Krissie, Jacinda and Rihanna; great grandchildren, Kacen and Paisley; siblings, Betty (Carl Power), Evelina (Gus Myles), Jenny (Terry Hickey), Felix (Rita Hackett), Clarence, Jonny (Sheila Hackett), Maureen (John Peters) and Clariece; as well as a circle of in-laws and other relatives and friends.
Predeceased by her husband, Calvin Hickey; siblings Kevin and Jean; parents, Genevieve and Clarence Hackett; other in-laws, friends and extended family.
Service to be held at a later date.
