It is with deep sorrow that the family of Lottie Simms announce her passing at the Palliative Care Unit on Saturday, July 10, 2021 at the age of 94, surrounded by her loving family.
Lottie is predeceased by her husband of 62 years, Richard; daughter, Sharon (Boland); mother, Effie Elliott (Decker) and father, Thomas Elliott; Brothers, Garland, Jack, Walter, Raymond and Jim; sisters-in-law, Elsie, Minnie and Irene.
