Mrs. Shirley Ann Tobis of Red Deer, formerly of Delburne, Alberta, passed away at Extendicare Michener Hill, Red Deer on Thursday, April 29, 2021 at the age of 78 years. A Private Family Celebration of Shirley’s Life will be held. Cremation entrusted to Parkland Funeral Home and Crematorium, Red Deer, Alberta.
