Passed peacefully away on November 22, 2021, Shelia Margaret Hibbs at the Carmelite House, Grand Falls-Windsor, NL. She was 68 years of age. She was predeceased by her parens Elijah and Ruby Hibbs; brother-in-law Gary Pelly. She leaves to mourn her common law husband Donald Pelley; sister June Hibbs; brother Danny (Angela) Hibbs; brother-in-law Jack (Ruth) Pelley; nephew John (Alicia) Roger; neice Jamie (Andrew); great nephews Joey Rowsell, Fort St. John B.C., Rylan Manning Hibbs, Dominic Danny Hibbs, Bell Island; great neice Aubree Ruby Hibbs and a large circle of other relatives and friends.
