Sheldon’s Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce this sudden passing of Sheldon Park. He lived his life in Gillams, Bay of Islands, NL. In his great years, he loves the outdoors, his ski-doo and had a passion for playing his guitar. Sheldon was a handyman at everything he touched.
He leaves to mourn Stephen, who he was very proud to call his son. Stephen will remember all their great times from the past. Also leaving to mourn is Lois, the mother of their son, his uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends. Sheldon was predeceased by his parents, Sidney and Margaret Park. We are sure Sheldon is at peace now with his parents.
The family would like to extend a huge thank you to all who made contact with Sheldon’s passing. Your kind words and messages will go a long way in helping Stephen and his family to heal. At Sheldon’s request, cremation has taken place. A family private visitation will be held from St. James Anglican Church on Thursday, Feb 11, 2021, from where the private funeral service Friday, Feb 12, 2021, from St. James Anglican Church in GIllams with Rev. Kay Osmond officiating. Interment will take place at a later date.
