Death notice
Sheila Mildred Dubeau
February 2, 1959 – October 31, 2021
Sheila passed away peacefully surrounded by family after a long and courageous battle with cancer at the age of 62.
She was predeceased by her mother Mildred Dubeau, father Marshall Dubeau, brother Gilbert Dubeau, and sister Judy Ritchie. Sheila is survived by her husband Doug Walker, sister June Gerrard (Bill), sister Debbie Wright (Leonard), twin sister Sharon Casey (Jack), and sister Darlene Poole (Dennis). Sheila will also be deeply missed by all of her nieces and nephews, brothers in law, sisters in law, friends, and neighbours.
Sheila was a ray of sunshine and brightened every room she entered. We will fondly miss her piercing blue eyes, contagious laughter, and the way that she made everyone feel special. We will remember her witty remarks, eclectic dance moves, passion for scratch tickets and bingo, and her love for kitties. She will be the most beautiful angel.
Cremation has taken place and a private celebration of life will be held for immediate family.
We thank the Campbell House Collingwood hospice for their utmost assistance during Sheila’s final journey. In lieu of flowers, donations would be appreciated to the Campbell house (Collingwood).
