Obituary
Sarah (Sally) Elizabeth Ann McCrae passed away in her 89th year. Sally or Sal as she is known to friends & family. Sal will be missed by her nieces and nephews. Jilly (Jill) Best, Marcie Gruszecki, Lorrie Harper, Michael Hayes, Scott McCrae, Jim McCrae and many great nieces and nephews. Sally had a long career in the library at Western University in London, Ontario, heading up the Education Library. She enjoyed baseball, curling and her many cats and always remembering all the family’s birthdays with cards, timed to get there on the day! In her later years Sally moved to Fairwind’s Lodge to be close to old friends and her family. She will be missed by her family and school friends in Sarnia, and her kitty Picko. Cremation has taken place, and a Celebration of Life will follow at a later date. In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate donations to St. Joseph’s Hospice in Sally’s name.
