Obituary of Sandra Joan McNeil
It is with great sorrow that the family of Sandra Joan McNeil announce her death, which occurred on October 29, 2021 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born on October 8, 1943, she was the daughter of the late Dalton and Eva (Lynch) Bell.
Sandra is survived by her sons: Harold McNeil of Saint John, NB, and Cary McNeil (Amanda) of Plymouth, MN; grandsons: Percy, Leo, and Nolan; sister, Mary Jane McClellan; brothers: John Bell, Carl Bell, and Sam Bell; along with many extended family members.
In addition to her parents, Sandra was predeceased by her loving husband John McNeil; sister, Cathy Bell; and brother, Frank Bell.
Sandra was a wonderful, caring woman who was deeply loved by her family and friends. She enjoyed many simple pleasures in life, especially being with nature. Sandra will be remembered for her beautiful smile and unique sense of humour. She will also be remembered for her intelligence, strength, and resilience.
Mom, you are at peace now. We will miss you dearly for the rest of our lives.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Reid’s Funeral Home (506-832-5541), 1063 Main Street, Hampton, NB. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, services will take place at a later date.
