Sandra Gail Wilcox Gregg 19492021

Sandra Gail (Wilcox) Gregg
1949-2021
The passing of Sandra Gail (Wilcox) Gregg, wife of the late John
Gregg, occurred at the Shannex Parkland Complex, Saint John NB on
January 12, 2021. Born in Blacks Harbour NB on October 6, 1949 she was
a daughter of the late Ernest and Myrna (Simms) Wilcox. A loving
mother, sister and friend, Sandra is survived by one son: Chris Tardif
of Saint John NB; her sister: Marsha (John) Trynor of Breadalbane NB
and several cousins and friends.
Prior to retirement, Sandra worked in office administration for the
City of Saint John. Her hobbies include camping, fast cars and
watching drag racing. She enjoyed her winters in Florida and she was
an animal lover, with her dogs Cappie and Tipps holding a special
place in her heart.
The family would like to thank the staff of the Shannex Parkland
Complex, especially those in Lily Court for their care and compassion
shown not only to Sandra but to the family during her stay. Your
commitment to your residents does not go unnoticed.
Arrangements in the care of the St. George Funeral Home (755-3533) 26
Portage Street, St. George NB. In keeping with Sandra’s wishes there
will be no visiting. A memorial service will be held at the funeral
home chapel in the spring, followed by interment in Fernhill Cemetery,
Saint John NB. In lieu of flowers and donations, in Sandra’s memory,
please wear a mask, respect social distancing, sanitize and follow all
other COVID-19 protocols. This virus is extremely deadly and she would
want us all to be safe.
