Sandra Ann Verdoni

April 1, 2021
It is with deep sadness that we announce the premature passing of Sandra at the age of thirty-eight. With her husband by her side, Sandra left us in the early morning of Thursday, April 1st, 2021, after a year-long and courageous battle with cancer.
Sandra was an adoring and devoted wife to her soulmate, Nathan and a loving, proud and committed mother to her two beautiful toddlers, Leia and Aiden. She was the daughter of the late Linda (Grieco) and the late Freddie Verdoni. She will be remembered by her mother-in-law and father-in-law, Raquel (Gozlan) and Bernard Rashcovsky, her brothers-in-law, Oliver, Martin and Joel. She will also be greatly missed by her caring aunts and uncles including the very supportive Laura Verdoni & John Vegh and Dana Massaro. She also leaves behind many cousins, an extended family, several friends, and coworkers.
The family is grateful to all her friends, colleagues and acquaintances who encouraged Sandra to fight, who prayed for her, and who supported the family during the struggles of the illness. A special thanks is extended to her doctors, nurses and other medical staff and caregivers at the Royal Victoria & Montreal General Hospitals.
A private funeral will be held at the Mount-Royal Funeral Complex on April 7, 2021. As in-person attendance will be limited (due to COVID-19 restrictions), the entire service will be streamed at 2 pm on Funeraweb (funeraweb.tv/diffusions/761a72c5-7203-4fe8-a122-a619c6b17818).
