Ramsay- The death occurred
peacefully at his home, on Saturday, September 11, 2021, of Russell
Glen Ramsay, of Summerside, aged 87 years. Born in Belmont
Lot 16, he was the son of the late Claude and Annie (Barrett)
Ramsay. Survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Shirley
(Barlow) Ramsay; children Rick (Lisa) Ramsay and Natalie (Charlie)
Simmons; grandchildren Joey and Julie Ramsay; Ashley (Terrance)
Darrach and Ally Simmons; great-granddaughter Scarlett Darrach; sister
Ruby Bannister; sisters-in-law Liliane Ramsay, Muriel Miller and
Eleanor (Alvin) Arsenault; brother-in-law Eric Oulton; and by numerous
nieces, nephews and cousins. Predeceased by his sisters Ethel Yeo and
Bertha Oulton; and by a brother Walter Ramsay. Resting at Moase
Funeral Home, Summerside, where private family visiting hours and
funeral service will be held. Interment in the Lot 16 United Church
Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Prince County
Hospital Foundation or the Lot 16 United Church would be
appreciated.
