ROSS GEORGE TRAFFORD
Ross George Trafford, in his 86th year, passed away peacefully at Nipissing Manor in Corbeil on Monday November 29, 2021, from cancer. Ross was born in Sundridge Ontario on July 31, 1936. He is predeceased by his parents Minnie (Hamilton) Trafford and Frederick James Trafford, brothers Ervan, Roy, Kenneth, Clarence, Arnold, Alvin, his only sister Kathleen Sinclair and nephews Reg, Leonard and Norman Sinclair. He is survived by nephews Roy Trafford Jr.(Toronto), Allan Sinclair (Brampton), Dave (Helga) Sinclair (Scarboro), Don Sinclair (Barrie) and nieces Norma Valentine(Burlington) and Sharron Lamour (Brampton) as well as a number of great and great great nieces and nephews.
For many years, Ross was a familiar face around town, stopping to chat with anyone and everyone and was a member of the Sundridge Gospel Mission. He loved music, cats, and people.
The family would like to thank the Staff and Residents of Nipissing Manor for their kindness and exceptional care with and for Ross in his time there. And a special thank you to Dr D Ng for his compassion and detail to Ross’ care.
There will be no visitation. A private family service and interment will take place in the spring.
