Rosella LaPointe
The death of Rosella LaPointe of Jacquet River occurred September 03, 2021 at the Campbellton Regional Hospital at the age of 92. Born in Nash Creek, she was the daughter of the late Napoleon and Mary Blanche (Carrier) Hickey.
Rosella is survived by her children; Vone of Benjamin, Mary Ann Bernard of Jacquet River, Gabriel of Jacquet River, Lisa Hickey (Preston) of Moncton, Wade (Jeannette) of Nash Creek, David Stevens of Nash Creek, Donna LaPointe (Claude) of Lorne, Roseanne Godin (Fabien) of Lorne, Bernadette LaPointe of Moncton, Russell (Cheryl) of Moncton; 27 grandchildren; 50 great grandchildren and 18 great great grandchildren as well as her siblings Ernest, Russell, Andy, Sadie Thomas, Florence Larson and Evelyn Hickey. She was predeceased by her husband John H. LaPointe; daughter Blanche; son Wayne, and siblings Emmaline Hickey, Paul, Steven, Percy, Henry, Robert, George, Clarence and Lawrence.
Her funeral will be held at St. Gabriel’s church, Jacquet River on Wednesday September 15, 2021 at 11 am. Funeral arrangements are in the care of MacMillan’s Funeral Home, Black Point.
