Obituary of Rose Brackett
Brackett: Rose Elizabeth (nee Barnes)
A resident of Chatham, Rose Brackett passed away at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance – Chatham on December 10, 2021 at the age of 92.
Born in Blenheim, was the daughter of Albert and Elizabeth (nee Desmond) Barnes.
Beloved wife of the late Douglas Leroy Brackett.
Dear mother of Gail LeGroulx of Chatham, Debra (Fred) Boersma of Chatham, Barry (Barb) Brackett of Airdrie, AB. Predeceased by her son Brian Brackett and her daughter Heather Brackett. Proud grandmother to 4 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and 9 great great grandchildren. Rose is predeceased by all her many brothers and sisters. Rose’s family will forever remember her for her love of music, knitting and crocheting. Family and friends will be received at the Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair St. Chatham from 2:00 p.m. until the service to celebrate Rose’s life at 3:00 p.m. Interment to follow at Evergreen Cemetery in Blenheim.
