1948-2021
Following a lengthy illness, Rose Marie Fournier of Currie Siding, NB,
passed away peacefully at the Hotel Dieu St. Joseph Hospital on
January 15, 2021.
Rose was born in Plaster Rock, NB, on July 15, 1948. She was the
daughter of the late Daniel and Elva (Smith) Stacey. Rose leaves
behind her loving husband, Charles Fournier; her daughter, Rachelle
McQuade (Darren) of Perth-Andover, NB; her son, Rodney Fournier
(Tammie) of Hampton, NB; her grandchildren, Jennica McQuade, Brianna
Fournier (Drew), Lexie McQuade (Ezra), Brayden Fournier (Hana); her
sister, Peggy Pellegrino of Messina, NY; her brothers, Danny Stacey
(Joanne) of Perth-Andover, NB, and Roy Stacey (Marilyn) of Plaster
Rock, NB.
Rose was predeceased by her parents; her sister, Lena Hammond; her
infant brothers, Joseph and Thomas Stacey.
Resting at Brunswick Funeral Home with visitation on Monday from 2-4
pm. Due to the Covid-19 restrictions, a maximum of 25 people are
allowed to be in the funeral home at any given time and masks are
mandatory. The funeral service will be private. Father Gilbert
Doddatto officiating. Interment will follow in St. Mary of the Angles
Catholic Cemetery.
For those who wish, memorial donations to the Canadian Liver
Foundation or to a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the
family.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Brunswick Funeral Home,
Perth-Andover, NB.
