Sadly Ron passed away on Sunday, September 19, 2021 at the age of 62.
Beloved son of Eileen and stepdad Dick Greider. Son of Robert Brodie and father of Thomas James Biamonte . Nephew of Sandy Smith and Shirley Hollins (Norman). Ron is predeceased by his loving grandparents Vic and Mary Cormier.
The family would like to acknowledge the Peterborough Hospital and support staff for their dedication and compassion. Also, special thanks to Moira and Les Campey and Mark Balfour for all their help and support during this difficult time.
Ron lived an adventurous life. He spent many years in Scarborough, Lindsay and Omemee. He loved his job as a heavy equipment operator. He lived and worked in Florida, spent 2 years working in Iqaluit and did 2 seasons of ice road trucking.
Ron will be dearly missed by his family, his many friends and all who knew him.
Visitation will be held at Mackey Funeral Home, 33 Peel Street, Lindsay on Saturday, October 2nd from 2:00p.m. until 4:00p.m. Masks & social distancing are required.
