It is with heavy hearts and great sadness that the family of Roger Dlugosz of High Prairie, AB, announce his sudden passing on January 23, 2021 at the age of 53.
Predeceased by his father Rene, Roger will be sadly missed by his mother Sophie, brother Richard as well as numerous extended family and close friends.
He will be remembered for his quiet optimism, his accomplished story telling, and his zest for the good things in life.
A private Funeral Service for Roger will be held on Saturday, January 30, 2021 at Trinity Funeral Home, Edmonton, with a public Celebration of Life to take place at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation in Roger’s name.
Thank you to the first responders and medical staff at the University of Alberta Hospital for the excellent care given to Roger.
