Roberta Curran
1939-2021
Roberta Faye Curran of Perth-Andover passed away peacefully August
15, 2021 at Hotel Dieu St. Joseph Hospital.
Born in 1939, Roberta was the daughter of Bernard and Alice (Hanscomb)
Sullivan of Four Falls, N.B.. She is survived by her son Richard St.
Peter of Perth-Andover, daughter Gloria Garnett (Martin) of
Quispamsis, son Brent St. Peter (Wendy) of Norton, granddaughter Sarah
O’Hara (Ryan), grandson Graham Garnett (Genista); four
great-grandchildren Ellie and Quinn O’Hara and Jacob and Lucie
Garnett; her sisters Freda Pirie (Jim), Shirley Churchill, Marion
Evans; brothers Verdell Sullivan (Mary), Keith Sullivan (Cheryl),
Gaylen Sullivan (Karen) and Allison Sullivan (Valerie). She will be
dearly missed by her sister in heart Connie Chrustie and her sweet dog
Sophie.
Besides her parents, Roberta was predeceased by her husband Loumis
St. Peter, companion Winston Roach, husband Lawrence Curran and
beloved companion Winston McLean; and daughter-in-law Nancy
Hayward.
Roberta excelled at gardening, fishing, quilting, crochet and THE
best homemade rolls and bread. She loved making beautiful clothing and
quilts for her relatives and friends. Roberta was well known for
operating The Village Greenhouse business for many years. Proud
founding member of the Carlingford Ladies Aid Club. Her love of travel
took her to all the provinces and several states, a cruise to the
Bahamas and 2 wonderful trips to Jamaica for her grandchildren’s
weddings.
Respecting Roberta’s wishes there will be no formal funeral
service or reception. A graveside service for relatives and friends
will follow at a later date.
For those who wish, memorial donations to the Southern Victoria
Cancer Assistance Fund or to the Victoria County SPCA.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Brunswick Funeral Home,
Perth-Andover, NB.
