Leavell, Robert Stephen of Collingwood, passed away on Thursday, September 9, 2021 in his 71st year. Loving son of the late Benjamin Leavell and Florence Leavell (nee Burgess). Dear father of Lincoln Mixemong. Robert will be missed by his sisters Alice (Terry) Paetsch, Susan (David) Morton, many nieces, nephews and friends. Predeceased by his father Benjamin Leavell and sister Helen (Leavell) Murray. He enjoyed photography and would capture many memories in life. Robert received his 35-year pin last year from Alcoholic Anonymous. Friends will be received at the Chatterson Funeral Home, Collingwood on Thursday September 16, 2021 from 1 to 1:45 p.m. Please utilize the RSVP registration in Robert’s Book of memories to schedule your time to visit as public health restrictions limit the facility capacity. A private family service will be held by invitation only. Interment will be held at a later date at Batteau Christ Church Cemetery. Remembrances of Robert may be made to a charity of your choice.
