Fisher, Robert “Bob” Weldon – Age 72, Brookfield, passed away December 19, 2021 in Colchester East Hants Health Centre with family by his side.
Born in Truro, he was a son of the late Weldon and Frances (Banks) Fisher.
Bob was a long-time member of Brookfield Fire Department. He was a mechanic by trade and was well-known to be able to fix most anything. Hunting, fishing and trips in the camper were how he spent his spare time.
He was a loving husband, father and grandfather and will always be missed by his wife of 50 years, Gloria (Reade); sons, Robin (Krista-Lee), Randy (Paula); daughter, Cindy (Aaron) Hinton; grandsons, Nicholas, Mitchell, Jaxon, Jarrett; brother, Ian (Kathy); many nieces and nephews.
Cremation has taken place.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, December 30, at 2 p.m. in Westside Cemetery, Brookfield.The new COVID-19 gathering limit of 50 will be in place. Proof of double vaccination, ID and masking is required to attend.
No flowers by request. Memorial donations may be made to a charity of choice.

    So sorry for the loss of Bob (Bobby). He was my cousin and we grew up together on Densmore Lane. Please pass along my condolences to Ian and Kathy.
    Although I moved away over 50 years ago, I still kept track of my family.
