Robert “Bob” John Wry
Robert “Bob” Wry, 76,
of Grand Digue, passed away peacefully at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont
University Hospital Centre on Wednesday, February 24,
2021.
Born in Harcourt, he was the son
of the late Arthur and Maude (Shirley)
Wry.
Bob was employed with the Ford
Motor Company in Oakville, Ontario with 33 years’ service,
retiring in 1996. He always looked forward to hunting season, a good
game of cards and the odd round of golf.
Bob will be sadly missed by his
wife of 56 years, Carol (McMullin) Wry; daughter, Tammy Laverty;
grandchildren, Brennan and Avery Laverty; sisters, Dorothy Beers and
Lorraine Scott (John); as well as several nieces, nephews and extended
family members.
In addition to his parents, he
was predeceased by sisters, Madeline Chaters, Beulah Castilloux and
Betty Butler and brothers, Harry Wry and Clyde
Wry.
Due to COVID-19 Restrictions, a
private family service will be held at Fergusons Funeral Home Chapel,
1657 Mountain Road, Moncton (858-1995). To view Bob’s

Tuesday, March 2, 2021 at 11:00 am. Interment will be in Fair Haven
Memorial Gardens.
