Robert “Bob” Dunham
1943-2021
Robert (Bob) B. Dunham, 77, of Havelock
passed away peacefully Tuesday, April 6, 2021 at the Moncton Hospital.
Born in Moncton he was a son of the late Percy and Annie
(Bell) Dunham.
Bob was a lifelong car enthusiast
operating his own auto body shop, “Bobs Paint Shop” in
Havelock from 1982 until retirement five years ago. Together with his
brother Jim, they ran the Number 33 and 44 cars at local race tracks
for several years and was a devoted Nascar fan.
Survived by his beloved wife of 36 years Gladys
(Vaughan); his daughters Diana (Stephen) Bradley and Lori
(Christopher) Kierstead; step children Judy Drost, Valerie (Ronald)
Harper, Ray (Marion) Rogers, Randall (Lorrie) Rogers; brother Jim
(Karen) and several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and
nephews. Survived also by Erin Goddard who worked at the body shop
with Bob for years and now operates it which made Bob very
proud. Predeceased by his son
Sterling.
Arrangements in care of Salisbury
Funeral Home and Crematorium with private family visitation. Interment
in Greenhill Cemetery, Havelock, at a later date.
If desired, memorials to the Canadian
Cancer Society, Heart and Stroke Foundation, or a charity of your
choice would be appreciated.
