Rick Friesen, age 72 years of Altona, MB passed away on Monday, August 9, 2021 at Eastview Place.
He is survived by his wife Myrla Friesen (nee Enns), their 4 sons Nathan (Stephannie) Friesen, Colin (Brenda) Friesen, Vaughn (Julie) Friesen, and Chad (Katrina) Friesen, their 4 lovingly adopted sons Jake (Kelly) Kaufman, Dan Neufeld, Josh (Christina) Wiens, and Doug (Megan) Neufeld, as well as by 9 grandchildren, 2 sisters and 3 brothers. He was predeceased by his parents Diedrich and Helen Friesen, and one sister-in-law.
A private funeral service will be held. Viewing will be at Wiebe Funeral Home Altona on Friday, August 13, and Saturday, August 14 from 1:00 -9:00 p.m.
Donations in memory of Rick may be made to Blue Sky Opportunities, or to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
