  1. Learned of Rick’s passing on RCMP Vets Last Post. First met Rick in our teens in Ottawa while playing hockey with his older brother Tom and Friday night pizza at the Pile household. Then crossed paths again in Whitehorse as work colleagues, lots of fun and interesting work. Then we each followed our own paths again. Rick was too young to leave us yet. Rest In Peace “Old Friend.”
