MÉNARD, Joseph Richard “Rick” – Passed away peacefully at the Centennial Place Long Term Care Home in Millbrook on Monday, May 3rd, 2021. Rick, formerly of Frankford was in his 78th year. Beloved husband of the late Carolyn “Kelly” Ménard (Kober). Loving father to Marty Ménard (Charmaine) of Australia, Jo-anne Barrett (Gordon) of Colborne, Vince Mosher (Cheri) of Campbellford, Ray Mosher (Anne-Marie) of Grafton, and Dan Summers of Eastern Ontario. Devoted grandfather to several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Predeceased by his siblings. In respect to the families wishes, a Celebration of Rick’s Life will be held at a later date when all the family can come together. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
