Reta McCourt, of Kincardine and formerly of Port Elgin and Atwood, passed away at Trillium Court, Kincardine after a 3 year battle with cancer on Friday, April 9th, 2021 in her 67th year.
Loving sister of Marlene McCourt of Etobicoke and Robert (Bonnie) McCourt of Tiverton.
Cherished aunt of Christina (Jason Hawkins) McCourt, Megan (Jason) Rubidge, John Mccourt, David (Stacey Leplante) McCourt and Jenna Quinn.
She will be greatly missed by aunts, uncle, many cousins and friends.
Predeceased by her parents Elmer and Margery (née Hanna) McCourt and her brother James “Jim” McCourt.
Reta was involved in Community Living and an active participant of the Special Olympics.
No Celebration of Life is scheduled at this time.
Final resting place, Milverton Cemetery.
Memorial donations to the Special Olympics Ontario or Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
