Peacefully, on Thursday, August 12, 2021 at the Friendly Manor Nursing Home in Deseronto. Reta Joyce Buker of Napanee at age 101. Predeceased by her husband Gerald Buker and by her son Barry Buker, by her parents Harold and Kathleen Steele and by her siblings Boyce (Glenys); Donald (Jean); Ralph (Vera); John (Regina of Kingston); Winnifred (Bob) and infant George. She is survived by her sister June Hughes (Tom) of Arden, by her brother Clare Steele (Marg) of Napanee, and several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at the HANNAH FUNERAL HOME in Napanee at 123 Dundas Street West (613-354-3341) on Thursday, August 19 from 10:00 a.m., followed by Service in the Chapel at 11:00 a.m. Interment at Belleville Cemetery. Memorial donations made to the Morningstar Mission would be appreciated by the family.
