Obituary of Reid Sprott
It is with sadness the family announces the passing of Cecil “Reid” Sprott, 81, at the Sus Health Center on March 16, 2021. Born in Mercer Settlement, he was a son to the late Martin & Mary (Neilson) Sprott.
Cecil is survived and sadly missed by his son, Johnny Sprott (Cindy) of Sus; his sister, Neva (Allan) Whittaker of Alberta; his grandchild, Luke Cook; his great grandchild, Carcella Surette as well as several nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents, Cecil was predeceased by his wife Loretta (Smith) Sprott; his son, Patrick Sprott; his brothers: Guy Sprott, Martin Sprott and Claude Sprott; his sisters, Ina Robinson and Jean Armstrong and his sister-in-laws, Shirley and Jean.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sus, NB (433-1176). A graveside service will be held at the Riverbank Cemetery in the spring.
