Raymond Scott Neal
April 19, 1957 – March 09, 2021
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Raymond Scott Neal in March 2021, known to friends as Red or Ray. He leaves behind his daughter, Pamela Boutilier, step-daughter, Amanda Boutilier, brothers Kenneth (Ken) Neal and John Neal, former wife, Carol Ann Bernard (Neal-Boutilier), as well as many extended family and friends – especially Wayne and Dorothy Stevens who were very close and dear friends.
Raymond was born on April 19, 1957 to Russell and Donna Neal. He spent most of his life in Nova Scotia but also lived in many other places across Canada throughout his life.
Raymond was a loveable guy; quick witted, with a great sense of humour. He would give the shirt off his back to anyone in need. He was an excellent auto-body man, with a life-time of auto-mechanic skills. He could pretty much do anything with next-to-nothing. He was also a bit of a loner who enjoyed the tranquility of living in the woods.
Raymond will be cremated and a memorial will be held in the future when family and friends can gather to celebrate his life.
