It is with broken hearts that we announce our Dad’s passing on Thursday, November 11, 2021 at Western Memorial Regional Hospital at the age of 64 years. He leaves to mourn his two precious children: Billy (Janice) and Kayla (Roger), Poppy’s angels; Madison, Alyshia, Sophia and Poppy’s little man Landon, and the mother of his children Daisy Brake. Also left to mourn are brothers and sisters: Doreen (Dougal) Park, Rex Brake, Jacqueline (Glyn) Thomas, Ula (Curtis) Park, Alvin (Ethel) Brake, Danny Brake, Verna (Wade) Adams, Norma (Derick) Brake, Louise Brake, as well as in-laws from the Ellsworth family. He will also be remembered by a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. He was predeceased by his parents Chesley and Sylvia Brake, brother Ronald Brake, and second wife Melita Ellsworth- Brake
Visitation will be held at Holy Trinity Anglican Church in Meadows on Sunday, November 14 from the hours of 2-4 and 7-9 PM. The funeral service will be held on Monday, November 15, 2021 at 2:00 pm to a maximum of 100 people from Holy Trinity Anglican Church, Meadows with Reverend Kay Osmond officiating and assisted by Rev. Madonna Boone with interment to follow at the church cemetery. Due to COVID-19 Government regulations, face masks and Vaccine Passports will be required for entry of the visitation and funeral service. In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to Holy Trinity Anglican Church.
